ALWAYS WITH A FRESH CALIBRATION The ASPIRE Pitot Static System Test Unit is a general-purpose trouble-shooting tester for small General Aviation Aircraft. The ASPIRE utilizes a high-speed two stage pump with a 12 Volt 220 Ma brushless motor powered by a 12 Volt 3 Amp-hour Sealed Lead Acid battery. The unit comes with a smart charger (110/220VAC) to keep it fully charged. When the LED indicator turns from red to green the battery is fully charged. The main instrument contains a large 2.6” high resolution 320 x 240 COLOR LCD digital display. It also incorporates transducer sensor technology which is somewhat immune to the failures and costly repairs of their analog instrument counterparts. The Digital Display precisely indicates the altitude and air-speeds needed to test Aircraft Altimeters, Airspeed Indicators, Pitot-Static Systems, Air Data Computers, and other vacuum and low-pressure devices and indicators. The tester can generate pressure and vacuum in excess of the requirements needed to simulate altitudes and air-speeds of GA aircraft. We have sold our Pitot & Static Test Adapters worldwide, so we have made our ASPIRE is adaptable in its display of Pressure (inHg or mb) Altitude (Meters or Feet) Airspeed (Kts, Mph or Km/h) and Vertical Speed (Fpm or M/s). The choices are easily accessed through push Button selections made on the front panel of the indicator itself.

The HT-8 incorporates a new low impedance amplifier circuit for more clarity that will now serve not only the USA Nato (helicopter) it is also selectable with Bose, and Airbus headsets.

The Headset Test Unit HT-8 comes with battery charger that requires 110/220 VAC input. The chargers output is 12Vdc at 500 Ma. Charging is complete when red LED in plug turns green. The HT series of Testers are a hands free, stand-alone headset tester. These testers do not need a headset to check other headsets or microphones. The HT series of Testers can supply voltage for ANR headsets that work with energy supplied by the aircraft or you can simply power up the headsets self contained battery system. The HTIC series of Testers incorporate a Vu-meter that serves two purposes. First, it measures the strength of the audio signal coming from the headsets microphone or from the internal 1 Khz tone generator. Secondly, with the vu meter switch held down in position, you can determine the current draw of ANR headsets. Just read the number on the meter and look at the corresponding current draw number on the table next to the switch.
